Validating Services Requests

At Rovamedia we want to help our clients globally enjoy the perk of working with a multi-national digital marketing company with over 18 years of experience in the ecosystem. When you as a prospect apply to work with Rovamedia, five things happen:

- First, if you are in a region not covered by us, we'll assign our field agents/head of operations in those areas to contact you. We'll alert you of such information if need be. It's in your best interest to respond to them within 24hrs. If you are within our jurisdiction, we'll still contact you prior to having any meeting with you.

- Rovamedia does and will not respond to any request for proposals. We have numerous clients and our works speak for itself. We want to save time as possible and we know many prospect are price shopping, we are trying to compete with your terms, if you don't have a budget, no stated; aims, goals and objectives of your project and when it's to get started (timeline), we'll not follow up with you - unfortunately.

- If for whatever reason you decided not to respond to messages from us ASAP, or you read them and decide for some reasons not to reply them, withing 24hrs, if we don't get back from you, we'll cancel all communication with you and move forward with other clients. You'll need to pay $1000 to join the queue whenever you want to work with us.

- As stated Rovamedia will not respond to queries for proposals, if you have a budget, timeline and scope of project we are good to get started on a call with you. If for any reason you need us to submit a proposal to work with you, we'll not, however you'll have to pay the proposal fee for us to construct a proposal for you.

- Note that all calls will be made by schedule and it'll be via Zoom, or Google Meet. All schedules will be made via Calendly - a scheduling software. Rovamedia will not call your phone number on Sortlist for any reason, hence it's important to respond to our agents and emails to fast track communication within 24hrs.

For direct queries to work with Rovamedia, we'll respond to your requests. To move forward with working with you/business, we'll require a meeting, after you have sent us a proposal/pitch of what you want us to achieve, your pitch should have aims, goals, objectives, timeline for project and budget, and who we should be in touch with.

After reviewing your pitch, we'll send a link to initiate a call if we validate your pitch to us, during the call we'll conclude on all aspects of the project and full payment of the services you are requesting will paid in full to Rovamedia (or it's subsidiaries; depending on your locale).

We'll execute and keep you updated via our internal communication channels.

Rovamedia will validate all requests withing 3 - 5 business days, during this time, no follow up emails should be sent until the final decision by our analysts to take on your project.

Global Payments

All payments accepted for Rovamedia include Wire transfer, SWIFT payments, Direct Deposits and electronic payments methods including: Stripe, and Payoneer.

Rovamedia will and does not accept the following: PayPal, Cheques (Check), Bitcoin (or crypto) payments.
